Kate Laura is a senior at MCHS and has been a part of the yearbook staff for four years. This is Kate’s first year contributing to the Press, and she is excited to share her stories.

Kate is a published writer and poet, and aside from writing, she partakes in activities including soccer, cross country, basketball, and student senate.

Kate writes stories in English and Spanish to reach as wide an audience as possible. She views communication as a powerful tool, and she strives to tell the untold stories.

Her future plans include studying English at a four-year university, with the goal of getting more writing published in the world.
