Elise Dykstra, Editor-in-Chief
Elise has been working for the Press for two years and is excited to be serving this year as editor-in-chief. She enjoys journalism as a way to meet new people and tell stories that otherwise wouldn’t be told.
Outside of the newsroom, Elise enjoys running cross country, playing cello in the orchestra, playing soccer, and singing in the choir. Away from school, you can probably find her hanging out with friends or curled up with a book.
Her future plans include attending a four-year university to pursue a degree in journalism with the hope to make writing news stories a career.
